HVAC Service Manager

We are currently searching for a Service Manager to manage and ensure the day-to-day
operations of our Residential HVAC Service Department. Our service manager
earns a competitive salary and a performance-based annual bonus.

Responsibilities include, but
are not limited to:

· Manage and coordinate the HVAC
day-to-day operations and provide leadership to all personnel and processes of
the divisions

· Respond to customer service
complaints by phone, email, or meet with the customer in person, resolve
problems and follow through until a resolution has been reached

· Coach, mentor and lead the
service technicians and schedulers. Play an important part in the employees’
development

· Work closely with
HR/Recruiting to ensure appropriate staffing levels are meeting workload
demands, company requirements and customer expectations.

· Evaluate staff to determine
training needs, strengths and weaknesses and determine a plan for improvements
or replacement.

· Ensure employee payroll
processes are accurate in a timely manner to ensure the employee and the
payroll department are both served

· Establish and maintain
effective working relationships with peers and others with whom he/she will
have contact with

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

· Proven management or relatable
experience in HVAC is preferred, but multiple factors will be considered

· Energetic and flexible with a
strong attention to detail

· Excellent customer service
skills (internal and external)

· Strong leadership and problem-solving
skills

· Ability to work independently
and as a member of a team, in a fast-paced environment and work well with a
diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

· Knowledge of tools, equipment,
and materials common to HVAC Trades

· Must be able to understand and
follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly, professionally
and concisely

· Takes pride in their work and
does their job to the best of their ability

· General construction knowledge
and understanding with high standards for occupational hazards and standard
safety procedures

· Have a valid Driver’s License
as frequent travel to job sites will be required

· Be able to pass a drug screen
and have a clean record

· Air Conditioner and other
Mechanical Certifications are a plus

· Bilingual in Spanish and
English is a plus, but not required
