HVAC Service Manager (Bradenton)

This is a full-time, direct placement role at CKP Heating and Cooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, and mentor the HVAC service technician team.
   
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including dispatching, scheduling, and job completion.
   
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction on every job.
   
• Serve as a technical resource and assist in diagnosing complex system issues.
   
• Review and approve service reports, timesheets, and work orders.
   
• Maintain and improve service processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.
   
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and development plans for technicians.
   
• Communicate with customers on escalated service issues and resolutions.
   
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and tools needed for service jobs.
   
• Support and promote safety practices and procedures across the service team.
   
• Help identify opportunities for upselling service contracts or system upgrades.
   

Pay Range:
$30 – $50 per hour (based on experience)

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.  
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop units, boilers, controls, and commercial equipment.  
• Ability to coach and develop team members.  
• Customer-first mindset with a high attention to detail.  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
