We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage our service operations in the Austin area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in commercial HVAC systems and a passion for team development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the commercial HVAC service department
• Manage, train, and support service technicians and dispatch staff
• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships; assist with estimating and job quotes as needed
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and service KPIs
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure seamless operations
  
   

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role  
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, controls, etc.)  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  
• EPA Universal Certification required  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Texas HVAC Contractor’s License (or ability to obtain)  
• Experience with service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Quickbooks)  
• OSHA 30 certification
