AC Service Manager

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, has an opening for an AC Service Manager. The Service Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the AC Service Department in the Tampa branch to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Hire and train new employees
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned staff
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
• Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations
• Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports
• Determine labor needs to meet service call demand
• Coordinate continuing education opportunities to further develop the skills of staff
• Address escalated customer concerns

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC residential service
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
