HVAC Service Manager-Office Position

Job description

We are looking for an HVAC Service Manager – Office-Based Position with supervisory skills to work at our air conditioning office located in Little Havana, Miami.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and 2 years in a supervisory role. This is a stable office position with opportunities for growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call Saturdays.
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually + monthly commissions ranging from $1,500 to $2,000.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from clients with scheduled services, explain technical processes, and assist with equipment and product sales.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, managing scheduled services, addressing concerns, and clearly explaining technical processes.
• Assist with HVAC equipment and product sales, providing guidance to clients on the best options for their needs.
• Act as a link between the office, technicians, and clients to ensure that all services are completed to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish), 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• EPA License
