Airpex Cooling Heating and Plumbing is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with a strong ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while confidently offering solutions and upgrades to customers. If you’re a customer-focused technician who enjoys problem-solving and closing sales, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Educate customers on system performance and recommend upgrades, replacements, or maintenance plans.
- Provide top-notch customer service while identifying sales opportunities for additional services.
- Present estimates and close sales on new equipment installations and indoor air quality products.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
- Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
HVAC experience (3+ years preferred).
EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Sales experience or a strong ability to upsell and educate customers on service options.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
