Responsibilities include:

• Complete/Analyze all HVAC service system checks efficiently and accurately
• Know how to provide outstanding customer service, to ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer happiness
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-equipped truck
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training
• Train and mentor apprentices to develop on-time, high quality installations

Requirements:

• EPA certification (REQUIRED)
• 2 year's minimum experience
• Extremely organized with exceptional execution abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass driving record screening
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass criminal background check
