We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide reliable, high-quality service to our customers.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Tech


• Must have own tools necessary to complete the job


• Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous attitude


• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Punctuality and reliability – arrive on time every day


• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle


• Must clean up thoroughly after work in customer homes


• Follow and maintain all safety and quality standards


• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Must be at least 21 years old (required for insurance eligibility)


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
