Job Description - HVAC Service Tech Apprentice

We are seeking a dependable and eager HVAC Service Technician Apprentice to support our experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and growth opportunities for those looking to advance into a full technician role.

Assist senior technicians with service calls, repairs, and installations

Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in proper working order

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
