Seeking a technician who has experience in the following areas:

• Furnaces - Both GAS and ELECTRIC
• Heat Pumps
• Mini-split systems
• Air Conditioning
• On-demand water heaters
• Boilers (Bonus, however, not required)
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed by our Installation team
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature

What we require:

• Diagnostic and mechanical skills

• EPA Certification

• Must possess valid driver’s license

• Clean appearance

• Excellent communication skills

• Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces.

Our Home office is located in Mountlake Terrace; close to the I-5 and 1-405, which gives our technicians access to both west and east sides of the lake.
