The Opportunity

Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians serve our customers throughout the Front Range area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits

• Our HVAC Service Technicians earn $85,000-175,000 annually on a performance-based compensation plan

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities

• Servicing customer homes along the Front Range
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
• Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices
• Common Job types include:
  • Disassemble and clean HVAC systems
  • Performing routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units
  • Certify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local laws
• Communicating with customers and vendors
• Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment

HVAC Service Technician Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales or upselling experience
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

HVAC Service Technician Requirements

• 1 year of residential HVAC experience
  
• EPA Certification
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM. Rotating on-call schedule.
