Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be a key player in our mission to provide stress-free solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Inspecting and repairing heating and cooling equipment.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Installing copper refrigerant lines, flex and sheet metal duct systems, and gas lines.
• Preparing job sites by confirming and loading all necessary materials.
• Assisting team members to ensure timely job completion.
• Completing all job-related paperwork accurately.
• Following up with clients and recommending future services.
• Ordering repair parts through approved vendors.

• 5-10 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Type II certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Customer-focused with a high level of integrity.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and similar devices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
