HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician with an Oklahoma Journeyman License to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.


• Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.


• Identify problems within HVAC systems using specialized tools and techniques.


• Interact with customers to explain issues, repair processes, and maintenance tips.


• Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.


• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry best practices through continuous education and training.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.


• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.


• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.


• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA 608) and a valid driver’s license.


• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, work in extreme temperatures, and perform physically demanding tasks.
