Requirements

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer use is necessary.
• Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems is required.
• Certification: Must possess a universal EPA certification.
• Professionalism: Candidates should have and maintain a professional image.
• Flexibility: Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed is expected.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with air/water cooled chillers is highly advantageous
