What we offer:

• $22-$40/hr. + Commission (Up to 12%)
• Paid time off after 90 days of employment

Who we are looking for:

• Self-Starters: A self-starter is a highly motivated and proactive individual who takes initiative, works independently, and drives tasks forward without needing constant supervision.
• 5-Star Customer Service: Valuing customer service ensures trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and high-quality service that meets the customer's needs.
• Driven: A highly motivated individual is someone who proactively troubleshoots issues, continuously seeks to improve their skills, and efficiently completes installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Be the technical expert in our customer's home
• Driving revenue growth through sales 
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
• Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions
• Tests all completed work.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Experience: 1-2 years of HVAC service technician experience 
• Certification: EPA Certified 
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
