Job Description:

 We are hiring an experienced Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, be comfortable communicating directly with customers and our office team, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems (residential and commercial). 

• Communicate findings to both the office and customer in a clear, professional manner. 

• Provide customers with accurate pricing and service options. • Perform high-quality repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. 

• Charge systems using subcooling and superheat methods. 

• Maintain detailed service reports and records of work completed. 

• Use diagnostic tools including leak detectors, thermometers, meters, and gauges. 

• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism. 

• Work some overtime as needed, including during peak seasons.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC service technician. 

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred). 

• Clean, insurable driver’s license and clean criminal record. 

• Strong understanding of electrical diagnostics; electrical troubleshooting is a plus. 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

• Fluent in spoken and written English. 

• Reliable work history, including at least 1 year at your most recent employer. 

• Must own all necessary hand tools and diagnostic equipment (meters, gauges, drills, etc.). 

• Ability to work independently and professionally represent the company.
