🔧 What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential + light commercial HVAC systems.

Install systems with an eye for quality and efficiency.

Help customers stay cool in summer, warm in winter, and impressed year-round.

Keep your van and workspace clean and tight (we run a pro shop here).

✅ What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of HVAC experience (service + install)

You can troubleshoot and fix without babysitting

You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of customers

You can lift 50 lbs and handle ladders, attics, and crawlspaces

Bonus if you’ve used ServiceTitan—but not required

💰 What You’ll Get:

$23–$27/hr to start + raises and performance bonuses

Consistent hours (40–45/week)

Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)

On-call rotation and rotating weekends
