Job Summary:
One Hour Heating and Air is opening a new location in Pasadena. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our amazing team! In this role, you will install and replace heating and air conditioning systems for residential homes. Join a fun and culture with rewarding pay (base pay + bonus/commissions). Rapid raises for hardworking and committed techs doing things the right way.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential heating and air systems, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service is a must.

The candidate will be provided with an assistant and with a van.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Directly train install apprentice

Ensure all installations comply with our quality standards

Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety regulations

Test systems for proper operation and efficiency

Lastly, follow our process!

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in HVAC Installation

Valid Drivers License

EPA Certification

Experience with operation, install, and maintenance of a variety of forced air systems

Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds regularly

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
