Job Description - HVAC Service Technician

Hiring for HVAC Technician!
Greenville, SC

Pay: $30-$40/hr. based on experience plus commission, PTO, and Benefits

Job Summary: To perform service, maintenance, or repair on equipment that is 20 tons or less. Job entails being customer friendly to try to solve their issues. Ability to upsell when needed and to sell indoor air quality products to make them more comfortable in their home or place of business.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience with Residential and Light Commercial HVAC systems

EPA Certification

Ability to read schematics, braze, and familiar with gas heat and heat pumps

Ability to start up new systems, i.e. evacuate – pressure test

Maintenance – calculate sub-cool – superheat, etc.

Troubleshoot up thru 20 tons AC

Experience in Inverter controlled compressors

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
