 HVAC Service Technician

• Inspect, clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.  .  Keep detailed records of service performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.  
• Diagnose system issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure optimal performance.  Provide expert HVAC solutions, addressing customer needs with professionalism and expertise
• Comply with industry standards and safety regulations.  Additional duties as assigned. 

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience (preferably in residential markets).
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. 
•  Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus!

The physical requirements of this job include:

• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
• Ability to drive.
• Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. 
• Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
• The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.
