As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure peak performance. This isn’t just about fixing equipment — it’s about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems  
• Perform start-ups and preventive maintenance on equipment from leading brands  
• Use Mobile-Tech to document service activities, including work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency with every job

What We’re Looking For

• Age: 18 years or older
• Driver’s License: Valid with a clean driving record 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or 5+ years of related experience preferred 
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency required
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
• Certification: Universal EPA Certification required
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and strong customer service skills
• Flexibility: Availability for overtime and some weekends as needed
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills 
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with air/water cooled chillers is a plus
