HVAC Service Technician

We’re hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service commercial and residential systems throughout Walworth County and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality service in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Service and repair rooftop units (up to 25 tons), boilers, in-floor heat, ductless systems, and split systems
• Diagnose compressors, fan controls, heat exchangers, and related components
• Read blueprints and complete accurate service documentation
• Work independently or alongside another technician as needed
• Support training and mentorship of junior technicians

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
• Commercial and residential HVAC background
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Organized, professional, and customer-focused communication
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation
