As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your role goes beyond just fixing equipment — it's about building strong relationships with both our team and our valued customers. Day-to-day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands. Your work isn't just about technical expertise; it's about delivering exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The company evaluates applicants based on the following qualifications and previous work experience:

· Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

· Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.

· Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered.

· Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer use is necessary.

· Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems is required.

· Certification: Must possess a universal EPA certification.

· Professionalism: Candidates should have and maintain a professional image.

· Flexibility: Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed is expected.

· Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential.

· Preferred Experience: Experience with air/water cooled chillers is highly advantageous
