HVAC Service Technician

McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing and we’re looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join the team. If you enjoy figuring out tough system issues, staying busy, and getting paid based on the work you do, this could be a great fit.

This role focuses on commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of systems. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with customers, and enjoys being part of a solid team.

What You’ll Do as our next Commercial HVAC Tech:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
• Service rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial equipment
• Identify system issues and recommend repair solutions
• Complete service calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate service documentation

What We’re Looking For in our next Commercial HVAC Tech:

 • 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• TDLR license and EPA certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
