Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Minimum of three (3) years HVAC field experience with diagnosis and repair required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills required; ability to identify root cause of HVAC system failures and perform complete repairs.
• NATE certification or Arizona Heat Pump Council training preferred, but not required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Service commercial and light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, PTAC units, and multi-family equipment.
• Experience with low and medium-temperature refrigeration systems preferred or willingness to learn.
• Assist with HVAC equipment replacements or project work when needed.
• Assist with HVAC/R equipment installations or construction-related work when needed.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers.
• Operate hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Read schematics and equipment diagrams.
• Maintain service documentation in Service Titan.
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
