What You'll Do

• 
  

  Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.

  
  


• 
  

  Clearly communicate findings and repair options with homeowners.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and company standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document work performed using company software.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and support HVAC Service Apprentices as needed.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

  
  


• 
  

  EPA Certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  NATE Certification is a plus, but not required

  
  

Schedule

• 
  

  Full-Time

  Monday–Friday

  Rotating evenings, weekends, and on-call schedule
