Job Description - HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Field Service Technicians are needed in the Asheville, NC area. Operating out of a Service Vehicle that goes home at night, Techs will be responsible for installations, upgrades, repairs, and service of various residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.

Compensation:

$25.00 - $35.00/hour

Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus based on experience

Service Vehicle goes home at night with the Tech

Weekly Pay

On-going training

Schedule:

Days: Monday - Friday

7:30am - 4:00pm

Overtime available as needed, after 40 hours.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance
needs.
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
Mentor and train junior technicians.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and
team members.
Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
