About the Role:

Join NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT as an HVAC Technician in Monroe, LA, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch service and ensuring comfort for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and inefficiencies.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls.

Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
