HVAC Technical Services Administrative Assistant

Gensco currently has an amazing opportunity available to join our Technical Services Team as a Technical Services Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Office in Tacoma, WA! Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Starting pay range $23-$29 based on experience and qualifications

Summary

• Provide excellent customer service to current and potential Gensco customers
• Perform a broad range of Field Service support responsibilities
• Assist customers and Gensco Team Members with equipment support, communication of product information, product & service training, warranty claim fulfillment, and factory support

Education/Experience/Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• A 2- or 4-year college degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in retail HVAC with dealer service background preferred
• Prior direct consumer service experience desirable
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC industry
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and high degree of personal integrity
• Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout facility
• Able to lift or carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
• Able to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations
