Pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience, plus additional commission opportunities

Your New Role:

• Service and Repair: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with a customer-first approach

• Experience: 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Certification: EPA certification required (NATE certification is a bonus)
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting 50-75 pounds, handling ladders, and working in tight spaces
• Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to explain HVAC issues clearly to customers
