HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
  

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
  

• Maintain detailed records of service work and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  

• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and company safety standards.
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required.
  

• EPA Universal Certification required; HVAC trade school or equivalent preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, materials, and best practices.
  

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
  

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
