Position Overview: Skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of HVAC services, including diagnostic, repairs, and maintenance, while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems.
- Interact with clients to address their HVAC needs and provide recommendations for optimal system performance.
- Work independently as well as with a team to complete assigned tasks within the allowed time frame
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with demonstrated proficiency in servicing a variety of HVAC systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- A team player with quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
- Must pass a background check.
