We are committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and a team-oriented work environment. We seek an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our expanding and enthusiastic team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems such as furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and more

Conduct routine maintenance and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance

Install and replace HVAC components as needed

Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations with our dispatch team

Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Requirements

1-3 years of HVAC service experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical issues clearly and professionally to homeowners.

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials

Nice to have but not required:

EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

NATE Certification

Sales experience
