Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and components.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.

Working Hours:
- Flexible 40 hour work week
- Occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Limited on-call responsibilities, rotated among team members.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 – $35.00, based on experience
