🔧 Position: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Northfield, Minnesota
Employment Type: Full-Time

🚀 What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision and care

Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure optimal system performance

Accurately assess HVAC malfunctions and determine appropriate repair solutions

Maintain a clean and organized job site and work area

Deliver outstanding customer experiences with clear communication, professionalism, and respect

Follow all safety protocols on the job and while driving

Wear floor savers and treat every customer’s home with care and cleanliness

Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and in top condition

✅ What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Proven success as an HVAC Technician (residential/light commercial)

Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

NATE certification preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
