HVAC Technician

Banyan Living, a distinguished property management company specializing in upscale apartment communities, is in search of an experienced HVAC Technician to enhance our maintenance team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our resident's living environment is comfortable and well-maintained by providing top-notch HVAC services.

As an HVAC Technician at Banyan Living, you will take charge of installing, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our properties. Your attention to detail and hands-on expertise will ensure that all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems and components.
• Install new HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Educate residents on HVAC system operations and best practices for maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to address any property-related issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC technology is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an HVAC technician, preferably within a residential context.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and practices.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
