About the Role

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will lead installation, maintenance, and repair services in residential environments, ensuring the highest quality standards. You will work on-site, directly with customers, helping them stay comfortable year-round while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence and safety.

📍 Myrtle Beach, SC | 💰 $90,000–$110,000/year | 🗓️ Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to company and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose problems quickly and accurately, recommending cost-effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines, including EPA regulations
• Travel locally to client sites with provided or personal transportation
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to maintain efficient scheduling and service

• 2+ years of HVAC installation or maintenance experience
• Valid EPA License
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a background check

• 80,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on experience)
