HVAC technician

WeFix Corp Group is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians in Redwood City!

We’re looking for skilled and dependable HVAC technicians to join our team! If you have hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be working with a professional, supportive team and under our license — no certification or journeyman status required.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems

• Diagnose issues and perform system upgrades

• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs and use tools for extended periods

• Work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in various environments

• Ability to read blueprints and navigate job sites

Requirements:

• 4+ years of HVAC experience or apprenticeship

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and code compliance
