Senior HVAC Technician - Mission-Critical Data Center Operations

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for industrial HVAC systems
• Lead complex troubleshooting and repair operations in a mission-critical environment
• Monitor and optimize environmental control systems using advanced building automation tools
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure 24/7 facility uptime
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in data center or critical facilities
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls
