HVAC Technician

Frederickson Electric is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician (06 or higher electrical certificate preferred) to join our growing team. A minimum of five years experience with HVAC service, repair, and installation is required. We have regularly been voted 'Best Electrician' and 'Best in Heating & Cooling' in Jefferson County by readers of the Port Townsend Leader and Peninsula Daily News. Eligible Applicants Must Have:
-EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus)
-A strong understanding of refrigerant circuits and superheat / subcooling.

-Full understanding of HVAC electrical circuits including related controls.

-Skilled with brazing while purging with nitrogen.

-Experience with replacing compressors, reversing valves, TXV's, and leak repairs.
-Experience and training on inverter driven heat pumps including ductless.

-WA driver's license with clean driving record
-Hand tools
