HVAC Technician - Coeur d' Alene Resort

The Coeur d’Alene Resort is known for comfort, care, and high standards, and that includes the air we breathe. Our HVAC Technicians play a key role in making sure every Guest and team member stays comfortable, all year round.

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and keeping critical systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Full-time; availability for weekends and holidays required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC maintenance or a related field
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and air handling units
• Diagnose issues, make repairs, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Respond to service calls and monitor equipment performance throughout the property
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance
