We’re looking for a full-time HVAC Technician / Lead Installer to join our team. You’ll take the lead on residential heat pump and furnace installations, ductwork modifications, and more. We’re not looking for someone who just follows orders—we want a team player who takes ownership and thinks on their feet.
What You’ll Get:

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in residential HVAC install/service
- Strong understanding of heat pumps, furnaces, and duct systems
- Clean driving record and EPA certification
- Someone who works clean, communicates well, and takes pride in the craft
Bonus Points If You:
- Know your way around Daikin, Bosch, or similar equipment
- Have experience leading small install teams
- Can solder with your eyes closed (okay, not literally)
