Job Description - HVAC Technician (US)

Compensation: $27-$28 per hour
Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

We are seeking a maintenance professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair motors and service A/C systems to ensure optimal performance
Complete work orders and communicate status updates to supervisors
Maintain HVAC systems to support plant operations
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC and complex mechanical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform proactive testing and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime

Experience/Qualifications/Certifications:

Strong technical expertise and reliable work ethic in HVAC and utility maintenance
Experience with routine HVAC maintenance, installations, repairs, and diagnostics
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, air handlers, and control systems
Ability to read schematics, perform preventative maintenance, and use service tools
Knowledge of chillers, boilers, and water softeners is a plus
3-5 years of industrial HVAC maintenance experience preferred
EPA Refrigerant License preferred
EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred
