HVAC Technicians

Job Summary:

We believe that for the client, HVAC should be as simple as switching on and setting a temperature. Everything else, from preventive maintenance to complex installations, is on us. As an HVAC Technician, you'll be part of a specialized team delivering reliable, professional, and client-focused services across a wide range of systems and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split units, VRFs, fresh air systems, chilled water systems, etc.)

2. Carry out routine preventive maintenance: cleaning, filter replacements, disinfection, and system checks

3. Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning systems

4. Work with the procurement and installation team to deliver tailored HVAC solutions

5. Assist with consultations and advise on best-fit systems for client-specific needs

6. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines

7. Maintain accurate service logs and installation records

8. Stay up to date with new technologies and HVAC best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician across a range of systems

• Certification or technical diploma in HVAC or mechanical services

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical HVAC components

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to high service standards and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with chilled water systems, fresh air systems, and advanced climate control setups

• Familiarity with HVAC consultancy and installation planning

• Valid drivers license (if field work is involved)
