Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team. We have a Full-time position available for all areas of HVAC in Hampton Roads VA.  We are currently hiring HVAC Technicians and DDC Technicians of all skill levels (Senior Technician to Apprentice). Responsibilities:

• Install and program new HVAC systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• On call rotation.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HVAC systems
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• DDC knowledge and experience is a plus.
