HVAC TI Estimator/Assistant Project Manager

HVAC TI Estimator/Assistant Project Manager - Orange County, CA

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors


• Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects


• Make sales calls on existing and new clients


• Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work)


• Assist Senior Project Managers from concept to turn-key.


• Calculate ROI & analyze energy models


• Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget

Requirements:

• 6+ years of HVAC PM/Estimating and/or Sales experience


• Familiar with California Building Codes


• Knowledge of Timberline, MS Excel, BlueBeam, Quickpen
