Your New Role

As an HVAC Warehouse & Fabrication Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is based in Bozeman, MT and will require hands-on work in both warehouse and construction site environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with warehouse and fabrication operations, including inventory management and scheduling.


• Fabricating custom fittings and ductwork, using plasma tables, CNC machines, press brakes, and various power tools.


• Ensuring efficient inventory control, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and audits.


• Maintaining fleet operations, ensuring company vehicles are properly serviced and compliant.


• Keeping the warehouse organized and compliant with safety regulations.


• Delivering parts and materials to various departments as needed.


• Using ServiceTitan software to track materials and generate reports.


• Supporting the Facilities & Fleet Manager, stepping in when necessary.


• Following strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, HVAC, or fabrication work preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License (no infractions).
• OSHA 10 Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
