Location: Davenport, Iowa (Quad Cities)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are hiring an HVAC Warehouse Helper to support daily warehouse operations and provide logistical support to our HVAC field teams. This role is essential in keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring equipment, tools, and materials are properly organized, staged, and delivered. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Operations

• Load and unload HVAC materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
• Assist in staging equipment and materials for daily jobs
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Clean and maintain the warehouse for a safe, organized workspace

Logistics & Support

• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed
• Assist HVAC technicians with basic tasks when required
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
• Help manage recycling and disposal of scrap materials

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ensure warehouse and deliveries meet company standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
