HVAC Warranty Customer Service Representative

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service? LDI Mechanical, a trusted leader in HVAC services, is looking for an HVAC Warranty Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on dispatching service technicians for warranty-related service calls while providing exceptional support to our customers and service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Service Technicians – Schedule and assign HVAC service technicians to warranty-related calls.
• Coordinate Appointments – Work closely with customers to set up service appointments and confirm technician availability.
• Manage Warranty Claims – Process and track warranty claims to ensure proper documentation and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Support – Answer customer inquiries related to warranty services, resolve concerns, and follow up as needed.
• Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, service calls, and technician schedules in our system.
• Communicate with Technicians – Ensure service technicians have all the necessary information for each job and monitor progress.
• Update Customers – Provide customers with updates on service status, expected time of arrival, and completion of work.
• Administrative Tasks – Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as required.

Requirements

• Previous office or dispatching experience preferred, ideally in HVAC or a similar service-based industry (but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Bilingual in fluent English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and general office software.
• Ability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Prior experience in dispatching or coordinating service teams is a plus.
