HVAC Warranty Representative

Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is searching for an experienced HVAC Warranty Representative in our Corporate office located in Nashville, TN.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm  

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assisting service companies in completing claims for warranty repairs
• Verifying the coverage on their specific equipment.
• Locating part numbers to process warranty part orders.
• Processing the claims in our system as well as to the manufacturer for payment
• Tracking claims until completed
• Communicating with vendors, homeowners, and service contractors via phone and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• HVAC warranty experience desired
• Customer service and professional phone etiquette skills 
• Excellent computer skills and data entry required
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
